About Ice Age 2 : The Meltdown

Ice Age 2: The Meltdown is a puzzle-adventure title for the Game Boy Advance that adapts its film's premise of a trio navigating a warming, hazardous environment. The core experience involves solving terrain-based puzzles across more than thirty primary stages, which include confrontations with bosses.

Gameplay is built around controlling three animal characters with complementary skills. A player can freely swap between them to utilize specific traits, such as a mammoth's strength for moving heavy objects and swimming, a sabertooth's claws for clearing obstacles and jumping, or a sloth's capacity to scale surfaces and manipulate ice.

This slower-paced puzzle progression is periodically interrupted by a distinct, challenging sidescrolling mode. Here, control shifts to a frantic rodent character who must rapidly run, jump, and burrow through levels to gather items.
