About Game & Watch Gallery 4

Game & Watch Gallery 4 for the Game Boy Advance compiles a series of original Game & Watch titles alongside new versions created for the system. The software presents each included game with two distinct visual and interactive formats.

One format is a classic mode that replicates the simple LCD appearance and mechanics of the early handheld units. The other is a modernized mode that incorporates enhanced graphics, minor adjustments to gameplay, and characters from the Mario universe. Titles such as Donkey Kong, Fire, and Chef are available in both of these forms from the outset.

Progress within the primary games unlocks further content. A separate set of games, including Manhole and Zelda, can only be accessed after earning a required number of stars. These bonus titles are presented solely in the classic LCD style, without the updated modern versions.
