Final Fight One

Final Fight One is a handheld adaptation of the side scrolling brawler originally released on the Super Nintendo. This version builds upon the SNES iteration, incorporating content and adjustments from Final Fight Guy while introducing its own modifications.

The roster includes all three main characters from the arcade release, and players can now select alternate color palettes for them. A cooperative mode for two players is supported through a link cable, with the option for both participants to control the same character type. The experience is expanded with the restoration of a stage omitted from the earlier home console port and the addition of introductory dialogue before confronting major enemies.

Gameplay adjustments include an increased number of foes on screen at once and a new rapid punch mechanic. Items from previous versions return, alongside a unique extra life collectible. Progress can be recorded between stages, and two hidden fighters based on designs from a separate fighting game series are available.
