About Disney's Party

Disney's Party for the Game Boy Advance centers on a board game structure where players control Disney characters attempting to restore a theme park. The narrative setup involves Dr. Nickel sabotaging Uncle Scrooge's park by scattering its magical power, which the characters must recover.

Gameplay proceeds through a series of boards, with the total number selectable from one to four. Players roll dice to move, encountering spaces that either add or subtract magical power, while special green spaces trigger various one-off effects. The primary objective on each board is to be the first to reach a designated park attraction.

Reaching an attraction initiates a timed side-scrolling platforming segment where the player collects stars and seeks an exit. Success here grants additional magical power based on star collection and can award a pet. Pets, which can also be purchased with crystals earned from attractions, provide stat boosts and unique abilities like increased movement.

Each board lasts for twelve turns, after which the player with the most magical power is declared the winner for that day. After all boards are completed, a final boss battle occurs, fought by the player with the highest overall power total. The game supports up to four players on one system for the main mode, with link cable support for separate competitive mini-games. The attraction levels and these mini-games can be unlocked for individual play from the main menu.
