About Digimon Ruby

Digimon Racing is a kart style racing game for the Game Boy Advance where Digimon characters drive vehicles. The game offers a selection of nearly a dozen racers to unlock and compete across fifteen themed tracks.

A central mechanic involves collecting track energy to trigger a digivolution, which grants a racer enhanced offensive capabilities to disrupt opponents. This system adds a strategic layer to the standard racing format. Progression includes various single player modes such as cup races and time trials, culminating in boss races that provide a challenging conclusion to these events.

While the single player content is substantial, the experience is designed for multiplayer, supporting up to four players via link cable or wireless adapter. The tracks feature diverse environments, from city streets and jungles to icy and desert landscapes.
