About Zuma Planet

Zuma Planet was one of those Flash games you'd find on a casual gaming site in the mid-2000s. It arrived during the peak of that era, when a browser could be a portal to a quick puzzle fix between other tasks. The game didn't make a big fuss about itself; it just loaded up and got straight to the point.

You control a stationary frog idol at the center of the screen, using your mouse to aim and fire colored balls into a winding chain. Your goal is to stop that chain from reaching the skull at the end of its path. You do this by creating groups of three or more matching colors, which then vanish. Sometimes a well-placed shot will cause a chain reaction, clearing large sections at once. The pace starts calmly but builds steadily, with new balls adding to the chain in unpredictable colors. The difficulty comes from managing multiple fronts as the chain spirals around your central position. It feels like a race against a slow but relentless clock, where a single precise shot can turn a looming defeat into a narrow victory.
