You drive the car, using your mouse to steer. The core loop involves running over zombies to gain speed, which you need to stay ahead of the creature chasing you. You also have to dodge obstacles in the road that can slow you down or wreck your vehicle. The main objective is simply to survive for as long as possible. The pace is constant and the difficulty builds steadily as you go. It feels tense and immediate, a race where a single mistake can end your run.
