About Western

Western was one of those straightforward shooters you'd find on Flash game sites in the mid-2000s. It didn't have a complicated story or a big developer name attached. You just loaded it up in your browser and were dropped into a dusty street.

You control a lone gunslinger, using your mouse to aim and click to fire at outlaws who appear from windows and doorways. Your main objective is to survive each wave, eliminating every enemy before they can shoot you. The mechanics are simple: you reload by clicking an on-screen button, and you can sometimes pick up health items. The pacing is quick, with little time to hesitate between targets. It feels tense and immediate, a test of simple reflexes against a ticking clock.
