About Van Jellies
Van Jellies was one of those simple, clever games that felt right at home in the Flash era. You'd find it on a portal, load it in a browser, and be playing within seconds. It didn't need a complicated backstory or elaborate graphics to pull you in.
You control a hand holding a spoon over a table. Your only job is to drop blobs of jelly from that spoon. The longer you hold the mouse button, the larger and heavier the jelly blob becomes before it plops down. The goal is to stack these wobbly, gelatinous shapes into a tall, stable tower without letting the whole thing topple over. The physics are the real star; each new blob settles with a satisfying jiggle, shifting the balance of the entire structure. It starts calmly, but as your tower grows taller and more precarious, the pace becomes tense. You have to judge the size and placement of each new piece carefully. The game feels like a quiet, focused test of patience against unpredictable, wobbly physics.
