About Turn Coat
Turn Coat came out during the Flash era, a time when you could find a new game in a browser tab every day. It was a straightforward strategy title, the kind you'd play for a quick session between other tasks.
You control a single soldier, a turncoat who has switched sides. Your job is to infiltrate the enemy's castle, moving from room to room. Each turn, you choose a direction to face and then take a step. The twist is that the guards move only when you do, creating a careful dance of positioning. You avoid their direct line of sight, sometimes luring them into traps or waiting for them to patrol past. The main goal is to reach the throne room and assassinate the king. The pace is methodical, demanding patience and forward planning more than quick reflexes. It feels like solving a quiet, dangerous puzzle with every move.
