Tom and Jerry Target Challenge

You control Tom, positioned at the bottom of the screen. The goal is to shoot Jerry as he pops his head out of various holes in the wall. You move a targeting reticle left and right with the arrow keys, then press the spacebar to fire. Jerry appears briefly, so timing is everything. The game speeds up as you progress, and missing too many shots ends the round. It feels like a test of simple, reactive focus.
