You control Jake with the mouse, moving him around the diner to serve customers. Your main goal is to take orders, deliver food, and collect tips before the customers get impatient and leave. The mechanics involve clicking on customers to get their orders, then clicking on the kitchen window to pick up the correct meals. You have to manage multiple tables at once, which gets hectic as more people arrive. The pacing is fast, and it becomes difficult to keep up as the restaurant fills. It feels like a constant, clumsy scramble to keep everyone happy.
