The Search For Venomous Maximus

You control a character who moves and shoots with the mouse, switching between a few different weapons using the spacebar. Your goal is to search through six distinct locations, which the game calls hotspots, to find and ultimately confront Venomous Maximus. Moment to moment, you navigate these small, side-view areas, firing at enemies that appear. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty comes from managing the constant threats while exploring. It feels like a brisk, focused arcade challenge where your aim and timing are constantly tested.
