The Cat In The Hat - Don't Jump On The Couch

You control the Cat, bouncing on a living room couch. The left and right arrow keys move you, while the spacebar makes you jump. Your goal is to collect items that fall from the ceiling, like cake and toys, to build a high score. The main challenge is landing correctly after each jump; hitting the couch feet-first is safe, but landing on your head ends the game. You also have to avoid the mother character, who walks in periodically. If she catches you on the furniture, it's over. The game has a frantic pace, demanding quick adjustments with every bounce. It feels like managing a controlled disaster, exactly as the source material intended.
