About Swarm 2

Swarm 2 was one of those games you'd find in the later days of the Flash era, a straightforward action title that didn't ask for much time or explanation. You loaded it in a browser tab, and it just worked. It felt typical of that period, a simple concept executed without much fuss.

You control a lone figure armed with a sword, placed in a single rectangular arena. Your goal is to survive by eliminating every razor wasp that attacks you. The mechanics are direct. You move with the WASD keys and swing your sword with the mouse, aiming to cut through the incoming swarms. A notable twist is that the playable area itself gradually shrinks, its borders closing in to force you into tighter spaces. You must also avoid falling off the edges of the platform, adding a layer of spatial awareness to the frantic combat. The pacing is quick and the difficulty builds steadily as more enemies appear in the confined space. It feels like a tense, scrambling fight where your own movements can become your biggest obstacle.
