Super Maro 3

You control a character who looks like Mario, moving left and right with the arrow keys. The goal is to run from the start of the level to the flagpole at the end, avoiding enemies and pits along the way. You can jump on some enemies to defeat them, and you collect coins scattered through the stages. The pacing is fast; you are meant to keep moving forward. The difficulty comes from timing your jumps precisely, especially over gaps or past moving obstacles. It feels responsive and direct, a game about maintaining momentum.
