Street Avenger

You control a lone fighter moving through a city at night. You walk from left to right, and groups of thugs approach from both sides. The basic rhythm is simple: you punch and kick them before they can hit you. Some enemies require a charged attack to defeat, which you execute by holding a button. Your main goal is to survive each stage and defeat the boss waiting at the end. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty comes from being surrounded. It feels like a quick, scrappy fight where you're always outnumbered.
