Sonic The Hedgehog

You control Sonic, moving him left and right with the arrow keys. The spacebar makes him jump. The main goal is to get to the end of each stage, collecting rings and avoiding enemies along the way. You can build momentum to run through loops and bounce off springs. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty comes from precise platforming and timing your jumps. It feels like a simplified, direct version of the classic Sonic experience.
