Sindicate

You control a small crime syndicate, making decisions from a top-down menu. Your main job is to grow your gang's wealth and influence. Each turn, you assign your crew to different tasks, like robbing a bank or shaking down a local business. You also manage your cash, spending it on bribes to lower police attention or on upgrades to improve your gang's skills. The game moves in discrete turns, and the difficulty comes from balancing risky, high-reward jobs against the chance of getting caught. It feels like a careful, sometimes tense, game of allocating limited resources to outpace your rivals and the law.
