Sim Taxi 2

You control the taxi with the arrow keys, navigating through streets that are really just lines on the map. Your main goal is to pick up the little walking figures that appear on sidewalks and drive them to their destination buildings. You have to watch your fuel gauge and find a gas station to refill, which you do by stopping on it and pressing the spacebar. The radio plays a few looping tracks, and you can change the station. The challenge is in the timing and the traffic; other cars move in set patterns, and hitting them damages your cab. If you take too long or crash too much, the passenger gets out and you lose the fare. The game feels like a quiet, methodical puzzle of routes and patience.
