Red Cross Rush

You control the ambulance from a side view, constantly accelerating forward. The challenge comes from managing the vehicle's tilt as it navigates hilly, uneven terrain. You press the arrow keys to tilt it forward or back, trying to keep all four wheels on the ground to maintain speed and avoid flipping over. The main objective is to reach the end of each track before time runs out, while also collecting stars for a higher score. The physics feel loose and bouncy, making every bump and jump unpredictable. It starts calmly enough, but the courses quickly demand precise adjustments to prevent a crash. The game creates a tense, wobbly race against the clock.
