About Reaktor

Reaktor was one of those games you'd find tucked away on a Flash portal in the early 2000s. It didn't have a big name behind it, but it had a clear, simple premise that pulled you in. You were there to fix broken nuclear reactors, a job that felt both urgent and strangely methodical.

You control a cursor that rotates a circular reactor divided into eight slices. Your left mouse button spins the reactor to aim; releasing it fires a colored plutonium block from the core into one of those slices. The goal is to match three or more blocks of the same color to clear them out before any single sector fills to the top. If a sector overflows, you lose a life. The game starts calmly, but the pace quickens as more blocks arrive, demanding faster decisions about where to place each shot. It feels like a quiet race against a slow, inevitable pile-up, where a single misplaced block can cascade into failure.
