About Power Rangers Defense Academy
Power Rangers Defense Academy was one of those Flash games you'd find on a fan site in the mid 2000s. It fit right in with that era of simple, browser based games based on popular shows. You didn't need to download anything, you just clicked and started playing.
You control a cadet in a training simulation. The main objective is to block incoming attacks from your instructor. You watch their movements, and when they launch a strike, you click your mouse to raise your weapon and parry it. The game introduces different attack patterns and speeds as you progress, forcing you to react more quickly. The pacing starts slow but can get surprisingly frantic. It feels like a straightforward test of your timing and reflexes.
