About Pencil Racer Xl

Pencil Racer XL was one of those games you'd find on a Flash portal in the late 2000s. It fit right in with the simple, creative titles that didn't need a manual. You just loaded it up in your browser and started drawing.

You control a little car, but first you have to build its world. Using your mouse, you draw the track freehand, looping it around the screen. The goal is to create a complete circuit that the car can navigate without falling off. You can add ramps, sharp corners, and decorative elements from a toolbar. The physics are loose and forgiving, letting you sketch a wild rollercoaster in seconds. The challenge isn't in precise driving, but in designing a track that's fun to ride. It feels like doodling in the margins of a notebook and then bringing the sketch to life.
