Pang 2001

You control a small character at the bottom of the screen. Your job is to pop the bouncing balloons that fill the area by shooting a harpoon upward. Each balloon splits into two smaller ones when hit, so you have to keep shooting until they disappear completely. The main objective is to clear every balloon from each stage before they touch you. The pacing starts slow but gets hectic quickly as the screen fills with smaller, faster balloons. It feels like a race against the clock, a simple test of timing and positioning under pressure.
