About Orc Hunter

Orc Hunter was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, satisfying way to pass some time in a browser. The game had a simple premise that was easy to grasp immediately.

You control a lone hunter in a wilderness filled with orcs. Your main goal is to track down and defeat their leader. Moment to moment, you use your mouse to move through the landscape, clicking to swing your weapon at any orc that gets too close. As you venture farther from the safety of the starting town, the orcs become stronger, but they also drop more gold when defeated. You can return to town at any point to spend that gold, purchasing health potions or upgrades for your damage and armor. The pacing is steady, with a clear risk-reward tension built into each expedition away from the hub. It feels like a focused, grindy loop where each trip out makes you a bit stronger for the next.
