Mother Load

You control a mining pod with the arrow keys. The moment-to-moment play involves digging through soil and rock, collecting scattered minerals, and managing your fuel and cargo space. Your drill only works downward and to the sides, so planning your route becomes important. The main objective is to earn enough money from your hauls to upgrade your pod, allowing you to dig deeper where more valuable resources are found. The pace is methodical, with a constant risk of running out of fuel or overloading before you can return to the surface. It feels like a careful, repetitive cycle of risk and reward.
