About Mico Maco
Mico Maco was one of those simple, quick games you'd find during the Flash era. It appeared on sites where you went for a five-minute distraction between tasks, a small window of cartoon action that loaded in seconds. The game had a straightforward premise without much fanfare, typical for the time.
You control a monkey at the bottom of the screen. Zoo keepers at the top toss down bananas and other items. Your job is to catch everything by moving left and right. You press the space bar to open the monkey's mouth at the right moment. Missing items or catching the wrong thing, like a bone, ends the round. The pace picks up as more objects fall, creating a steady rhythm of movement and timing. It feels like a focused test of your coordination, a small challenge contained within a single screen.
