About Match the Couples

Match the Couples was one of those simple, straightforward games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a pleasant way to pass a few minutes. The game presented a grid of face-down cards, each showing half of a cartoon couple.

You control the cursor, clicking cards to flip them and reveal the characters. Your goal is to find the two halves that form a complete pair, like a man in a top hat and his partner in a matching dress. The mechanics are pure memory; you must remember where you saw each character after their card flips back over. The game usually starts easy, with fewer pairs, but the grid expands as you progress, demanding more concentration. It feels like a quiet, focused puzzle, a small test of recall set to gentle music.
