About Leaf Boarding
Leaf Boarding was one of those simple Flash games you'd find in the late 2000s. It had a clear, uncluttered look, just a character on a leaf riding a river. You didn't need a story or complex menus; you clicked and started moving. It fit right into that era of quick, accessible browser games you could play for a few minutes between other tasks.
You control a small figure balanced on a large leaf. Your job is to navigate down a winding river, avoiding rocks and logs that can slow you down or knock you off. You use the arrow keys to steer up and down, accelerate, and brake. The spacebar lets you jump over obstacles, while the number keys perform little aerial tricks. The river gets faster and more cluttered as you go, demanding quicker reactions. The main goal is simply to see how far you can travel before crashing. It feels like a steady, rhythmic challenge, a test of focus more than speed.
