About Kumakeshi

Kumakeshi was one of those quiet, clever puzzle games from the Flash era. It didn't have the fanfare of bigger titles, but it found its audience among people who liked to think their way through a problem. You would often stumble upon it while browsing a game portal, looking for something to pass twenty minutes.

You control a group of small bears, each needing to be pushed into a colored box on a grid. The challenge is that you must move them all in a limited number of steps. The interface is simple; you click a bear to select it, then click an adjacent square to move it. Every push counts, and you quickly learn to plan several moves ahead. The puzzles start gently, teaching you to navigate around obstacles and use the bears to block each other's paths. Later levels demand real precision, where a single wasted move means starting over. The game feels like quietly untangling a knot, a satisfying click of logic falling into place.
