About Kirby Star Scramble

Kirby Star Scramble was one of those simple Flash games you'd find in the early 2000s. It was a time when a quick browser game could offer a few minutes of straightforward fun, and this one fit right in. You controlled Kirby, the pink character from the Nintendo series, in a basic side-scrolling environment.

You move Kirby left and right with the arrow keys, jumping with the spacebar. The main goal is to fly around and collect as many stars as you can. In the first level, you can press the control key to shoot a fireball, which helps clear some obstacles. The second level changes things up a bit, where the spacebar is used for shooting instead of jumping. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty is generally low, making it easy to pick up. It feels like a light, uncomplicated take on the character, built for a short break.
