King Of The Hill

You control a single character, a king, who stands atop a central hill crowned with a castle. Your job is to defend that castle. You run left and right along the hill's crest, using a catapult to launch rocks at the soldiers climbing from both sides. The main objective is to survive as many waves as possible, preventing any enemy from breaching your walls. You have a limited number of lives, and losing one also costs you a catapult, making your defense harder. The pacing starts slow but builds tension as more enemies appear from both directions, forcing you to constantly pivot and aim. It feels frantic and a little lonely, just you and your catapult against an endless march.
