About Kick Head
Kick Head was one of those simple, direct games you'd find in the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick distraction, the kind of thing you'd play for a few minutes between other tasks. The visuals were basic, the premise straightforward, and it fit right into that library of browser-based action.
You control a small character, moving left and right across a single screen. Your only real action is to kick, sending your foot out to knock enemies off the platform. The goal is to clear each wave of odd, bouncing creatures before they can touch you. The mechanics are minimal: you jump to avoid them, time your kicks, and try not to get cornered. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty comes from the increasing number and speed of the enemies. It feels frantic and a little silly, a test of simple reflexes more than anything else.
