Kawaii Dress Up

Kawaii Dress Up was one of those simple Flash games you'd find on a free gaming site in the late 2000s. It didn't have a story or levels, just a straightforward premise. You were given a character, usually a girl with big anime-style eyes, and a closet full of clothes and accessories.

You control everything about her look with your mouse. You click and drag items from the side panels onto her. The main objective is just to put together an outfit you like, mixing tops, bottoms, dresses, and shoes. You could change her hairstyle and hair color, and often adjust her facial expression from a selection of smiles or pouts. The pacing is entirely your own; there's no timer or score. The game feels like quietly organizing a paper doll collection, a calm and creative few minutes where you decide what "cute" means.
