Hurt The Taxman

You control a cursor, using your mouse to click on the taxman character that appears on screen. Your goal is to hit him as many times as possible within the time limit. Each successful click registers a hit, and the game often introduces elements to complicate this, like moving the target or adding obstacles that block your clicks.
