Heart Dress Up

Heart Dress Up was one of those games you'd find tucked away on a Flash game site in the late 2000s. It didn't have a complicated story or a big name behind it. It was just a simple, quiet space where you could put together an outfit for a character, a common kind of distraction during that era of browser gaming.

You control a stylus cursor, clicking through racks of clothing and accessories. The main objective is to dress a girl from head to toe. You start by choosing a top and a bottom, then move on to shoes, bags, and hair ornaments. The game gives you a wide palette of colors to customize each item, letting you match shades or create deliberate clashes. The pacing is slow and open; there's no timer or score, just your own sense of what looks right. It feels like flipping through a box of craft supplies, patiently trying combinations until you settle on one you like.
