About Gunblood
Gunblood was one of those straightforward Flash games you'd find buried in a browser tab during the late 2000s. It didn't need a complicated story or fancy graphics. You were just a cowboy in a dusty town, and your job was to win duels.
You control a lone gunslinger standing opposite another. Each round starts with a tense three-second countdown. Your cursor rests on your holstered pistol, and you have to wait for the "FIRE" signal before you can draw, aim, and click to shoot. The objective is simple: outdraw and shoot your opponent before they shoot you. The mechanics revolve entirely around that split-second reaction and your mouse accuracy. Some opponents are slower, giving you a moment to aim for a clean shot to the head or body; others are lightning fast, punishing any hesitation. The pacing is sharp and repetitive, each duel lasting only a few seconds, but the difficulty ramps up quickly as you face faster draws. It feels like a tense, jittery test of your own reflexes more than anything else.
