Go Away Fly

You control a cursor, which is essentially your hand, and your job is to swat flies that appear in a cartoon kitchen. You click on them to eliminate each one. More flies keep spawning, often from a specific spot like a fruit bowl or a window, so you have to manage the swarm. The pacing starts slow but quickly becomes frantic as their numbers increase. The game feels like a constant, slightly stressful race to keep the screen clear before it gets completely overrun.
