About Garfield Food Frenzy

Garfield Food Frenzy was one of those simple Flash games you'd find on a fan site in the early 2000s. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, cartoonish distraction, which was exactly what made it work for a few minutes of downtime.

You control Garfield, who stands at the bottom of the screen with a wide open mouth. Food items like donuts, cakes, and pizzas fall from the top, and you move him left and right with your mouse to catch them. The main goal is to catch everything that drops without letting a single item hit the floor. Some foods are worth more points, and you might occasionally need to avoid a non-food item, like a bone, though the specifics can blur after all these years. The pace starts slow but steadily increases, making the later stages a genuine scramble. It feels like a straightforward test of your reflexes and focus, where a single lapse means starting over.
