About Front Page Nuisance

Front Page Nuisance was one of those games you'd find buried in the directories of a Flash portal. It belonged to that era where a simple premise and a few minutes of your time were enough. You play as Adam, a student who needs to stop a gossip column from spreading.

You control Adam with the mouse, moving him left and right and making him jump. The core action is picking up copies of the school newspaper and throwing them. You switch between moving and aiming your throw with the spacebar, which adds a small layer of planning to the chaos. Your goal is to collect all the papers and then knock the monkey, Jake, off his flagpole before the timer runs out. The game moves quickly, with papers scattered across platforms and the clock always ticking. It feels frantic and a little silly, a straightforward scramble against time.
