About Free Run
Free Run was one of those simple, quick games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't have a complicated story or fancy graphics. It was just you, a track, and the need to keep moving. You'd load it up in a browser tab between other tasks, a brief test of reflexes.
You control a runner from a side view, automatically sprinting forward. Your only job is to tap the spacebar to jump over hurdles and press the arrow keys to duck under barriers or shift lanes. The main objective is straightforward: survive as long as possible without crashing. The mechanics are immediate; a mistimed jump sends your character tumbling, ending the run. The pace picks up steadily, demanding sharper focus as obstacles arrive faster. It feels like a pure, rhythmic challenge, a short burst of concentration where a single lapse resets everything.
