About Flat War
Flat War was one of those simple, direct games you'd find in the Flash era. It didn't try to be more than it was, a straightforward action game you could load in a browser and play for a few minutes. The premise was clear from the start.
You control a character defending an apartment from invaders. Using your mouse, you aim and shoot at enemies as they appear from the sides of the screen. The main objective is to prevent them from taking over your space, which means reacting quickly to their movements. You manage your shots carefully, as firing too wildly can leave you vulnerable. The pacing is fast, with waves of enemies increasing in number and aggression. It feels tense and immediate, a test of your reflexes in a confined space.
