About Fireball 5

Fireball 5 was one of those games you'd find tucked away on a Flash portal in the mid-2000s. It fit right in with the era's straightforward action games, built for quick sessions between other tasks. The developer's name isn't something I recall clearly, but the game had a specific look and feel common to many independent Flash projects of the time.

You control a lone car speeding down a long, straight highway. Your job is to survive as long as possible. Demonic vehicles swarm toward you, and you weave left and right to avoid head-on collisions. You can tap the up arrow to get a burst of speed or slow down to time your dodges. Scattered power-ups let you activate a temporary shield or repair damage. The pace is relentless; the road keeps coming, and the traffic thickens with each passing minute. It creates a tense, almost hypnotic rhythm of evasion and narrow escapes.
