About Fight Flash
Fight Flash was one of those games you'd find on a Flash portal in the late 2000s. It didn't have a big studio behind it, just a simple title that promised a quick brawl. You loaded it up in your browser, and within seconds you were in the action. That was the point of those games, really. They were there to fill a few minutes between other tasks, no installation required.
You control a lone fighter, a small sprite on a flat plane. The goal is straightforward: survive wave after wave of identical enemies that rush at you from the edges of the screen. You move with the arrow keys and attack with the spacebar, swinging your weapon in a wide arc. The mechanics are basic. You can knock enemies back, and timing your swings is key to preventing yourself from being surrounded. The pacing is relentless. The enemies keep coming, and the difficulty ramps up quickly as their numbers increase. It feels like holding a position against a tide, a test of simple reflexes and positioning more than any complex strategy.
