About Enemy Lines

You control a lone soldier, advancing from left to right across the screen. Your main actions are running, jumping over gaps or onto platforms, and shooting. You use your mouse to aim and fire at enemies that appear from behind cover or drop from above. Along the way, you can pick up different weapons left by fallen foes, swapping out your standard rifle for something with more power. Doctors occasionally appear in the levels; interacting with them restores your health. The pacing is constant, with enemies spawning regularly to keep you moving and shooting. It feels like a focused, no-frills test of your aim and reaction time.
