About Drunk Driver
Drunk Driver was one of those simple, chaotic games you'd find in the late 2000s, a time when Flash games were a staple of idle browsing. It didn't need a complex story or polished graphics. The premise was right there in the title, and that was enough to draw you in for a quick, messy session.
You control a car from a top-down perspective, using your mouse to steer. The steering is deliberately sluggish and unpredictable, mimicking the feeling of impaired control. Your main goal is to drive as far as possible along a winding road without crashing. You have to constantly correct your swerving vehicle, nudging it back from the edges while trying to avoid oncoming traffic. The game moves at a steady pace, but the difficulty comes from the vehicle's persistent drift and the narrow margins for error. It feels like a constant, clumsy struggle against the wheel.
