About Dog Water Skiing
Dog Water Skiing was one of those simple, oddball Flash games you'd find in the mid-2000s. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick distraction, a few minutes of cartoon physics on a browser tab. You controlled a small, determined dog on water skis, and the goal was straightforward: keep him upright and performing tricks.
You guide the dog with the arrow keys, tilting him back and forth to navigate the wake of the boat. The Z, X, and C keys trigger different stunts, like flips or grabs, as you hit ramps scattered across the water. The main objective is to build up a high score by linking these tricks together without wiping out. The pacing starts deceptively calm, but the boat speed increases, and the ramps demand more precise timing. It feels like a balancing act, a constant, wobbly fight against momentum that usually ends in a comical splash.
