About Dino New Adventure 2

Dino New Adventure 2 was one of those straightforward platformers you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, fun way to pass some time in a browser.

You control a small dinosaur character, moving through a series of side-scrolling levels. Your main goal is to find a key in each stage to unlock the exit door. To do this, you use a hammer to smash through certain walls and blocks that block your path. You have to watch out for environmental hazards like falling rocks, and sometimes enemies will chase you, requiring quick jumps to avoid them. The game encourages speed, and you can sometimes find power-ups, like extra lives, hidden in the stages. It moves at a brisk pace, and the levels are short but can be tricky with their timing-based obstacles. The experience feels like a simple, energetic scramble from one end of the screen to the other.
