About Deser Strike

Desert Strike was one of those games you'd find on Flash game portals in the early 2000s. It fit right in with the era's straightforward shooters, offering a quick, focused experience without much fuss. You loaded it up in your browser, and it just worked, no installation required.

You control a lone helicopter, moving it up the screen as enemies and terrain scroll into view from the bottom. Your main job is to survive the onslaught, shooting down waves of aircraft and ground targets. You collect power-ups that appear, which might upgrade your weapons or repair your ship. The pace is relentless; you are constantly firing and dodging, with little room for error. It feels like a tense, continuous scramble to stay alive just a little bit longer.
